SISTEMAS DE CONTROL REMOTO S.L. aims to provide products and services that meet the requirements of its clients both nationally and internationally within the Defence and Security sector, as well as the development of the civil sector.
The purpose of this document is to be the basis for establishing, implementing, and maintaining a Quality and Environmental Policy applicable to the entire Purpose and Context of the Organization and that provides a frame of reference for the establishment of quality and environmental objectives. With the commitment to comply with the applicable requirements and continuous improvement, every day optimizing times, costs and improving quality, ensuring effective management, and minimizing the environmental impact of its activities.
The main activity is the Design, Manufacture, Operation and Marketing of Remotely Manned Systems (UAS) in accordance with the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards. And the Design, Manufacture, Operation and Marketing of Remote Carriers in accordance with the UNE-EN 9100 standard.
In line with its Strategic Direction, this document reflects the reality of the company and establishes the foundations of the Quality and Environmental Management System, the following Policy is established:
-The Quality and Environmental Management System will be in accordance with the International Standards ISO 9001: 2015, UNE-EN 9100: 2018 and ISO 14001: 2015 and will take into account the Risks and Opportunities related to the activities of the Organization.
- The Management acquires the commitment to satisfy all the client's requirements, as well as the Legal and Regulatory ones, without neglecting continuous improvement.
- The effective management and control of the service provision process is intended, making available to the Quality and Environmental Management System all the necessary resources to meet the established requirements.
- The training, awareness and motivation of workers will be promoted, emphasizing the importance of the implementation, development, and maintenance of a Quality and Environmental Management System.
- The commitment to protect the environment is acquired, through actions and measures aimed at preventing any type of contamination that could originate from operations due to the Organization's activity, considering its context.
Knowledge and understanding of the Quality and Environment Policy is ensured by all relevant stakeholders of the Quality and Environment Management System, through the distribution by the Head of Quality and Environment of this document in all levels of the Organization.
